WE WILL SCHEDULE A VISIT TO YOUR HOUSE/OFFICE TO LEARN ABOUT THE AREA TO BE ORGANIZED AND YOUR CHALLENGES. WE WILL DETERMINE YOUR ORGANIZING STYLE, YOUR VISION AND GOALS. I’LL OFFER MULTIPLE SOLUTIONS AND RESOURCES TO OUR PROJECT.
$75/hour (minimum 3 hours)
We will start working by choosing the items you really use, need and love and letting go the excess. On this non-judgmental and patient decluttering process, I’ll help you make those decisions. We will create a plan for removal of your discards, set a new system to help you function in your space and plan for any purchases if necessary.
Packages
12 hours $855.00 (5% off*)
24 hours $1,620.00 (7.5% off*)
48 hours $3,240.00 (10% off*)
Monthly Package:
4 to 6 hours = $260 to $390
A special package with monthly session where
we “tidy up” previously organized spaces.
Quarterly Package:
4 to 6 hours = $280 to $420
Four sessions in one year period on previously organized spaces. We can rotate seasonal clothing, holiday decorations, light decluttering and removal of unwanted items.
Package 1: Decluttering and Packing
Decluttering before move helps you save time and money not need to packing for unwanted items. We sort everything and pack in boxes ready to the movers pick up. Everything is cataloged and label to easy unpacking at the new home.
Package 2: Unpacking and Organizing
After discuss the plan and your vision to the new home, we start our process of unpacking and organizing the items into the new space making sure is functional for your routine
Package 3: Full Service Moving
Who said moving should be hard??? The perfect combination of package 1 and 2. We go to your old house declutter and leave the boxes ready for the movers. We coordinate movers and supervise as they pack, load and unload the truck. We unpack and organize your home and also offer to coordinate home cleaner on both houses.
General Time Estimates:
Master Closet: 6 – 10 hours
Kitchen: 6 – 8 hours
Office: 4 – 8 hours
Please keep in mind that project times vary by room size, how much is in the rooms and specific goals.
The prices described are consider per one Professional Organizer, most project we go in a team of two or more if necessary and price per hour will be adjusted.
Our pricing considers industry rates, sourcing, shopping, returning, hauling donations, and planning.
EVERY TIME YOU REFER ME AND THEY USE MY SERVICES, YOU GET A REWARD. WHEN A NEW CLIENT SCHEDULES AT LEAST 6 HOURS OF ORGANIZING SERVICES AND MENTIONS YOUR NAME, YOU WILL RECEIVE 1 HOUR OF ORGANIZING OFF YOUR NEXT BILL. THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF DISCOUNTS YOU CAN RECEIVE. SERVICE MUST BE REDEEMED ONE YEAR FROM ISSUE DATE. DON’T KEEP IT A SECRET.
